1. Access Document Templates
Navigate to configurations.
Locate the document template section.
2. Add a New Document Template
Choose the type of template to add (HTML or file).
Note the difference:
File: Upload a Word document with variables and customizations.
HTML: More flexible and easier to use.
3. Create a Constant Form Template
Select 'constant form' as the document type.
This document will relate to patients and act as a general form.
4. Define Variables for the Document
Use double Guillemet Angle brackets to define variables (e.g., «clinic name», «address»).
These variables will link to patient information.
5. Input Document Details
Copy and paste the title and date into the document.
Adjust table properties (e.g., set width to 100%).
Make any changes you prefer.
6. Use HTML Source Code (Optional)
If using HTML, paste the source code into the document.
Save the document after pasting.
7. Link Variables to System Variables
Ensure each variable corresponds to the correct system variable (e.g., client name, patient ID).
Create custom variables as needed.
8. Add Custom Variables
For additional features, use the drop-down to add custom variables (e.g., procedure name, signature).
9. Finalize the Document Template
Review all fields and press 'done' to save the template.
